About us.

Alliance Access Homes was created from a simple belief: People living with disability deserve more than just accommodation, they deserve a home, a community, and the opportunity to live a full and independent life. We understand that finding their home is deeply personal. For participants and their families, its about far more than bricks and mortar, it's about safety, dignity, stability, connection and the confidence that the environment and the support around them will help them thrive. This philosophy shapes everything we do. Our homes are thoughtfully designed to combine accessibility, comfort and quality, creating environments that feel warm, modern, and genuinely welcoming. We focus on creating spaces where residents can maintain independence, feel proud of where they live and continue building meaningful lives and relationships. At Alliance Access Homes, we believe the best outcomes come from collaboration. We work closely with participants, their families, support coordinators, SIL providers and allied health professionals to help ensure each resident is matched with the right home, the right environment and the right support network. We also understand the importance of balance -privacy when wanted, connection when needed and support that empowers rather than restricts.

Above all, we are driven by a commitment to creating homes that place people first.

I live living here because its quiet and I get my own space. My room is nice and I can relax, watch TV and do my own things. It's close to the shops, pizza places and everything I need, so I can go out more easily. The house is easy for me to keep clean and I like I can do things my own way. I still have all my own carers and support people, which made the move easier for me. My family comes over to visit and I even cooked dinner for them here. I feel happy living here because its my own home and my own life.

- Corey (Resident)

Living here has helped me become more independent and do more things for myself. I like having my own space, cooking my own meals and being able to live more like an adult.  The house is comfortable, quiet and close to everything I need. I still have support when I need help, but I also get to make my own choices and do things my own way. Its given me more confidence and helped me feel proud of what I can do.
